Garena Free Fire has done much collaboration with stars to bring their character in the game. We have seen so many characters including, DJ Alok, DJ KSHMR, Money Heist, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and now they are bringing a sports star.
According to the latest leaks, there are rumors that a Football Player, Cristiano Ronaldo, will be the new character in the next update of Free Fire. This new character will be releasing at Operation Chrono, which will be starting soon. The reports suggest that the character’s name will be the same as the event; however, it will be inspired by the Portuguese soccer player.
OB25 Advanced Server already has Chrono under the “Mysterious Character” option. However, the company has not confirmed yet about the new ambassador, but some of the images have been leaked, which says the character will be Cristiano Ronaldo.
Is the New Character in Free Fire Based on Christiano Ronaldo?
As of now, Garena has not confirmed anything on this. So, we can just expect this from the leaked images. But, there is an announcement on 7th December of Operation Chrono. According to the tweet by Free Fire, Operation Chrono will be starting in the game from 19th December.

BART FREEFIRE, a data miner, has posted a picture which shows that the company has collaborated with Cristiano Ronaldo, so the new character will be based on the Football player. However, all these details are just speculations from the leaks; we will be knowing all the details on 7th December, if the player is really coming to the battle royale game or not.
The reports say that the character will be inspired by CR7, a bounty hunter who manager time to protect himself. Chrono might have a “Time Turner” skill that can block enemy attacks with a field. The development speed of Crono and squad partners’ skills will be increased.
If you don’t know, the soccer player Ronaldo is the brand ambassador for Shopee, which is an online shopping platform of Garena in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
