Battlegrounds Mobile India is a talk of the town as it is the most popular battle game that is coming back in India. We all know it is a revamped version of PUBG Mobile, that was banned in India. Before the release of the game, there are many details coming out. The recent one is about the Erangel Map, a new teaser image confirmed that the Battlegrounds Mobile India will feature the “Erangel Map”. Earlier this month, there was news that there will be a map like the Sanhok map.
Erangel Map Coming to Battlegrounds Mobile India
A new image has been shared on the official Facebook page that shows two cups of tea and the postcards for the in-game maps. One of the postcard’s name is Erangel. It is one of the most popular maps in the PUBG Mobile game. However, yet there is no official confirmation that this is the same map or not. On the Google Play Store listing, we can see the in-game locations of the game which we have already seen in PUBG Mobile. It is said that Erangel and Miramar maps will be there in the Battlegrounds Mobile India.
When Krafton teased the Sanhok map, there were no many details. There might be other maps like Vikendi and Karakin that can also be present in the game with a new name or few other changes. Battlegrounds Mobile India will be almost the same as PUBG Mobile.

The developers are bringing the game with minor changes and the Indian government has noticed this. Before the release of the game, an MLA from Arunachal Pradesh has written a letter to PM Modi, to ban the game. MLA Ninong Ering posted a tweet and ask for not to bring the game back to India. As the game was banned due to security concerns, and it is more important now as well.

According to the MLA, Krafton and Tencent are breaking the Indian laws by launching the revamped version of the same PUBG Mobile. He says, Krafton is close to Tencent and is also an investor in Nodwin, and Nodwin works with Tencent. So, there might be a security risk. The MLA also said that the URL of the game had PUBG mobile on Play Store, and this hints that the game is only coming back to India.
