PUBG New State has released its first major update for all the users as the game surpassed more than 45 million downloads around the world. The update is available for both Android and iOS users.
The update brings a new lobby theme in the game as the Krafton celebrates the winter holiday season. Krafton has added a Survival Pass Vol. 2, a new weapon, new weapon customization, new vehicles, and other improvements are a part of an update.

Survivor Pass Vol. 2
It is based on the in-game character Bella, a part of the Dream Runners Faction. To earn the Bella costumes, players need to complete the story missions. Also, there is an option to upgrade to a Premium Pass to earn more vehicles skins and characters costumes. Players can also earn back 1500NC after they reach level 48 of the pass.
New Vehicles
Krafton is adding two new vehicles to PUBG New State, Electron, and Mesta. Electron is an electric six-seater minibus that has increased durability as compared to other vehicles in the game. Electron is available on Troi and Training Ground.
Meta is a two-seater classic sports car that offers quick acceleration and high speed. This vehicle is available on Troi, Erangel, and Training Ground.
New Weapon
Players can now get the L85A3, a new assault rifle with low recoil. However, the fire rate is lower than other guns in the game. It offers the highest damage output of all assault rifles that uses 5.56mm ammo.
Gun Customizations
With the update, a new customization option is added for the M416, SLR, and L85A3 weapons. To M416, one can add a long barrel to increase damage. The SLR will be equipped with a 5.56mm Barrel to increase the firing accuracy at the expense of less damage.
Merit Point System
If players are reported for negative behavior like team kills, then they lose Merit Points. If the Merit Points go below a specific limit, then they can’t play Squad Mode till they increase their total Merit Points while playing solo.
