Here’s the good news for all the PUBG Mobile lovers, the latest reports say that the Indian government has given permission to bring the game back to India. However, there is no official confirmation about the same. A popular PUBG Mobile content creates named GodNixon, aka Luv Sharma has shared an update saying, PUBG Mobile India has got approval from the Indian government.

Is PUBG Mobile Coming Back in India?

He posted a video with the title, “PUBG Mobile India Update! Government Approved”. He said,

“According to sources, the government has given the green signal for the comeback of PUBG Mobile. However, the exact release date nor the month haven’t been finalized, but the game will indeed be returning. Some of the popular content creators, including Ghatak, had posted stories, dropping hints regarding the return.”

You can watch out the video here:

All the PUBG Lovers are eagerly waiting for the battle royale game to return to the country.  Last year, in September, the game was banned due to security reasons, and from that time the PUBG Mobile Corp. is struggling to get the game back in the country. They have even cut ties with China’s Tencent as a publisher.

A PUBG Mobile pro gamer Ghatak aka Abhijeet Andhare, who is a team member for TSM, has also posted a tweet before GodNixon’s video.

Even Ghatak might be hinting to the same green signal that Luv is talking about in the video. However, with this information, we can just guess it, as there is no official announcement is made. But let’s hope for the best and wait for something official to come from Krafton or PUBG Mobile.

For the Indian servers, the company has tied up with Microsoft Azure to host all the data of the game. As it was one of the main security reasons for the Indian government that the game data was not being hosted in India.

The company has also announced a special version of the game for India, PUBG Mobile India. Since then the company is struggling to have a meeting with the Indian government and MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) for permission to get back the game.

These are some hope, by which we can expect the game to come back soon.
