Battlegrounds Mobile India has temporarily shut the data transfer process from 6 July, but now the deadline is postponed to 9 July. Last week, Krafton announced that the players would not be able to transfer their data from PUBG Mobile to BGMI from 6th July until further notice.
BGMI Account transfers to be suspended from July 9th
With the help of data transfer, all the PUBG Mobile players can get their old data to the new Battlegrounds Mobile India game. The data including achievements, currency, inventory, and more.

Last month, Krafton rolled out the early access of BGMI to all Android players, and from that time, only the players were allowed to transfer their data from old PUBG games by using the in-game services in BGMI. Krafton has temporarily shut the transfer service due to some maintenance. However, it is not known when the process will be back to normal.
Krafton has announced that the data transfer date is extended to July 9; the reason for the delay is not shared. This means players can transfer their PUBG Mobile data before 9 July. After this date, you won’t be able to transfer the data until further notice. Users who played the Livik Map in PUBG Mobile can transfer their data to BGMI.
After the game was launched, there were reports that the game is sharing users’ data with Chinese Servers, Hong Kong, the US, and Moscow. After this, the developers provided a small automatic update to remove Chinese servers.
Once the data transfer process is back to normal, the players can transfer their PUBG Mobile account data to BGMI till 31st December 2021. However, you can transfer the data if your account is linked with Facebook or Twitter.
